Leasily charges one plan priced per active tenancy — $22 monthly or $240 annually per tenancy. The full billing period is charged up front. Only leases that are active count toward billing, and when a tenancy becomes active or ends, billing adjusts automatically.

Who gets the 14-day free trial?

The 14-day trial is only for first-time landlord accounts whose email has not been registered with Leasily before. If you cancel and come back later, you can restart billing on the same account, but the free trial does not reset.

Not on an active subscription. To change billing period, cancel the current subscription immediately from your account, then start a new monthly or annual subscription with the same Leasily login. Lease terms and rent schedules continue regardless.

Leasily manages subscription status, cancellation, billing-period choice, and tenancy-driven pricing inside the product. Stripe still handles secure payment credentials and any Standard Connect compliance flows that require Stripe-hosted UI, such as landlord verification.

No. Leasily is an administrative platform for self-managing landlords. It can track agreed end dates and operational history, but it does not automatically serve notices, act as the landlord's agent, or replace legal advice. Formal notice service steps still remain between landlord and tenant.

After lease signing and tenant payment setup, Leasily manages the rent schedule, reminders, retries, and payment status inside the platform. Stripe processes the BECS debit and pays out to the landlord's connected account.

Leasily can retry automatically and notify both parties. If the payment still does not succeed, it is marked overdue in the platform and the landlord can retry, record an external payment, waive with a reason, or pause automatic collection.

If a payment remains unpaid after the configured retry window, Leasily marks it overdue, keeps the record visible, and can continue operational reminders. Any formal notice or legal step remains the landlord's responsibility.

If Stripe reports a dispute or reversal, Leasily updates the payment record and arrears status in the platform so the landlord can follow up. Leasily does not decide the legal outcome of the dispute.

Leasily updates the rent status, can trigger retry logic, and shows whether another attempt is scheduled or whether the payment setup now needs attention. If the setup is no longer usable, the tenant can submit a new bank account authorisation.

No. Payment dates follow the signed lease. If you need a change, agree it with your landlord first. They can record an external payment or waive a cycle with an audit reason.
